Naga Utara, which means Northern Dragon, is a gas prospect which lies in the Mahakam Hilir production sharing contract, in Indonesia’s Kutei basin. The prospect is adjacent to the Sambutan gas field which currently produces at about 10 million cubic feet per day. Singapore Petroleum Company acquired the Mahakam Hilir PSC in November 2008.
Cue Energy Resources Ltd is given the approval of its request for a 4-year extension to the exploration period of the Mahakam Hilir PSC until May 2020. (04/05/2016)
