China Petroleum & Chemical Corp (Sinopec) is to build a 100,000 metric tonnes per annum lubricant plant in Singapore. The plant will be located in the southwest of the city country and will be Sinopec’s first lubricant production base outside of China. The plant will supply products to the Asia-Pacific region, in particular Southeast Asia.
