The project will see the construction of an oil-to-olefin plant, which will be located in Daxie Development Zone in Zhejiang Province and will include a 1.8-mil-mt/yr fuel oil-to-olefin unit, 2.1-mil-mt/yr catalytic feedstock hydro-treating unit, 1-mil-mt/yr gas fractionation unit, 200,000-mt/yr MTBE unit, 250,000-mt/yr ethylbenzene-to-styrene unit, 10,000-Ndm3/h PSA unit, 60,000-Ndm3/h hydrogen unit and 20,000-mt/yr sulfur recovery unit. The output will supply refineries located in East China and Shandong.
