The project will see the development of the BZ28-2S oil fields, comprising the BZ28-2S, BZ29-4, BZ28-2SN and BZ34-1N oil fields. The development facilities include one central platform, 49 wells and one FPSO. BZ28-2S oil field successfully commenced production with 4,000 barrels of oil per day via 4 wells in March 2009. The production is due to be ramped up to 25,000 barrels of oil per day by 2011.
