The project look to develop the satellite discoveries (Dhirubhai 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 16, 19, 22 and 23, R-Series wells R1, AS1 and AR2), which are located in the Krishna Godavari basin. The discoveries are understood to have recoverable gas reserves of between 2 and 3 trillion cubic feet (Tcf). A further five discoveries are currently being appraised Dhirubhai 29, 30, 31, 34 and 42. Combined 2P reserve\'s at the Dhirubhai 29, 30 and 31 discoveries are estimated to be 506 Bcf with further potential under evaluation. The production rate for these discoveries is estimated to reach 201 mmscf/d. The commercial Dhirubhai-34 discovery will have an estimated peak production level of 518 mmscf/d, over the eight year life of the field. The R-cluster (R1, AS1 and AR2), has 2P reserve estimates of approximately 1.606 Tcf. The plateau rate of production from the R-cluster is expected to be between 459 and 529 mmscf/d. A further four satellite discoveries in the area hold an estimated 2P reserves of 626 Bcf and a plateau rate of production of 247 mmscf/d.
