The Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex will be an integrated refinery and petrochemicals project which will include modifications and additions to the 458,000 b/cd-Pulau Bukom refinery and a new 750,000-tonne/year monoethylene glycol (MEG) plant on Jurong Island. The 800,000 tonne/year cracker on Bukom Island will supply the MEG plant.
