Location: Cambay Basin, onshore India
North Kathana:
North Kathana block covers an area of 12.20 Sq.km. Topographically North Kathana area is flat terrain covered with alluvium. The average ground elevation is about 25m above MSL.
Present production is about 30 bopd and after service jobs in progress expect to produce @60 bopd.
3D Data acquisition is planned followed by development drilling in this field and expect to enhance the production 2-3 fold.
Allora:
Allora block covers an area of 6.85 Sq. km. The area can be broadly defined as low lying alluvial plain. The general elevation is between 80 to 90 m above MSL.
Work over/service jobs have been completed in one of the producing wells and the daily production rates of about 70-80 bbls has been achieved.
Planning to drill a development well on the existing structure and expect the production to be enhanced by two fold.
Dholasan
Dholasan block covers an area of 8.80 Sq. Km. The area can be broadly defined as low lying alluvial plain. The field is located at about 12 kms south south-east of Mehsana town and is in Ahmedabad-Mehsana tectonic block, which is located in north cambay basin.
Work over operations carried out in the existing wells and production averages of 60 bopd have been achieved.
3D data acquisition followed by development drilling program is envisaged in this block.
Kanawara
Kanawara block covers an area of 6.30 Sq. km. And is topographically flat terrain covered with alluvium. The average ground elevation is about 13 m above MSL.
Kanawara structure has two already drilled wells capable of producing @15-20 bopd. Work over jobs are in progress and after successful operations production rates of 30-40 bopd per well is expected.
Plans are finalized for drilling of one exploratory location to a depth of 3500 mts and two development wells to a depth of 1700 mts.

Heremec: 30% interest and Operator
Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC): 70% interest
North Balol
North Balol block covers an area of 27.30 Sq. Km. And is located about 16 kms West of Mehsana town. The general elevation of this field is about 70m above MSL.
This field has potential gas wells. Estimated to produce gas @40000cu.mts/day. Presently gas @12500 cu.mts/day is being supplied to the end users. Wells is expected to be flowed at its optimal capacity from April 2006.
Asjol:
The block, located in Mehsana area, was awarded under 1st round of small size field
development. 3 wells are on production since 1995.
Operators of North Balol and Asjol:
Hindustan Oil Exploration Company (HOEC): 25% and operator
Heremec: 30% interest
Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC): 45% interest
