The project will see the development of an oil discovery, offshore Vietnam, with the Hai Su Trang (HST) exploration well in Block 15-02/01, 80 kms off the east coast. The well tested at a combined rate of 14,863 barrels per day of oil. The Hai Su Den (HSD) well is located in Block 15-2/01, 50 miles off the east coast of Vietnam on trend with large oil and gas discoveries in the Cuu Long Basin. The proven and probable reserves are 31 million boe. The expected production is to peak at rate between 10,000 and 20,000 b/d
