The Sohagpur blocks found in Madhya Pradesh have estimated reserves of 100 billion cubic metres (3.5 trillion cubic feet). 47.32 bcm of reserves have been discovered in the Sohagpur East block with another 54.88 bcm reserves discovered in the Sohagpur West block. The company has drilled more than 200 wells connected to two gas gathering stations in the first phase of development. RIL plans to drill another 600-800 wells.
