The US$2.8 billion Donggi-Senoro LNG Plant (DSLNG), located in the province of Central Sulawesi, is owned by Pertamina Hulu Energy, Medco LNG Indonesia and Sulawesi LNG Development, a joint venture between Mitsubishi Corporation and Kogas. The Donggi LNG plant will produce 2 million tonnes per year. Gas supplies will come from the Matindok and Senoro fields, both of which are operated by Medco Energi. The fields have combined reserves of 2 Tcf of gas. LNG production is due to begin in 2013. The LNG produced will be exported to Japan. Companies who will be off-takers include: Chubu (1 million tonnes per year of LNG), Kyushu Electric Power Co. (300,000 tonnes of LNG per year) and KOGAS (13.9 billion cubic feet per year).

McConnell Dowell: Phase-2 works by PT Donggi–Senoro LNG (DSLNG) for the construction of the condensate export facility. The design and procurement of the condensate export facility is being executed by JGC. The contract is for the complete installation of equipment and systems up to mechanical completion and pre-commissioning.
GE Oil and Gas Indonesia: US$108 million worth long-term contract for the LNG plant equipment maintenance. The work scope of GE Oil and Gas Indonesia is to monitor and maintain the existing equipment at the site, both GE and non-GE manufacturing, including the personnel assignment at the site to guarantee plant operation.
