Production licence 758 was awarded in 2014. Norway's Petroleum Safety Authority has given consent to Capricorn Norge to drill exploration well 6508/1-3 in PL 758 in the Norwegian Sea. The well will test a prospect named Lynghaug. The geographical coordinates are:65° 58’ 25.734” N  08° 09’ 49.062” E.Water depth at the site is 392 metres. Well 6508/1-3 is to be drilled by Transocean Arctic, which is a semi-submersible mobile drilling facility of the Marosso 56 type, built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Japan in 1987. It is classified by DNV GL and registered in the Marshall Islands.
