London-listed explorer Block Energy obtained a 100% share in the Norio field in 2017. The deposit currently produces only 12 bpd of oil under a trial project. Block Energy is planning a drilling programme to lift output at Norio and the nearby Satskhenisi licence to 900 bpd, from 15 bpd at present. According to the operator, Norio contains 899,200 barrels in 1P and 1.63 million barrels in 2P oil reserves.
