The project will see the construction of an LNG plant near the Pacific port city of Vladivostok. The pre-FEED for the construction of the LNG plant will design a LNG production capacity of 15 million tonnes per year. The project could also include a compressed natural gas (CNG) pilot project and a gas-chemical complex project. 
The plant will be supplied with gas from the Chayanda field in Yakutia and Kovykta in Irkutsk region as well as from the Sakhalin-3 project. The gas would be collected near Blagoveshchensk and transported to the LNG plant via pipeline.
As of 2016 it was found that the Operator has put this project on hold.
