Block Llanos 25 contains the Acorazado prospect with estimated unrisked 154 million barrels mean original oil in place. The block is on the same proven hydrocarbon fairway trend with Cusiana and Cupiagua fields. The operator has carried out 273 sq. km of high-quality 3D and extensive reprocessed 2D seismic data. The expected recovery rate is 50%. 
Frontera Energy has planned the drilling of one well in the first half of 2018. It has been reported that between six and eight development wells could be drilled and more exploration prospects on the block have been identified.
