The Yaya oil refinery in Russia’s Kemerovo region can handle up to 3.3 million tpy (66,000 bpd) of crude oil. Under a secondary development stage, its operator NeftekhimServis plans to modernise the facility to produce Euro-5 standard motor fuel and expand its capacity to 120,000 bpd by 2020. In March 2018, Alfa-Bank issued a loan of 30 billion rubles (US$480 million) to NeftekhimServis to fund this project.
