Eni holds 100% equity in North Leil Offshore which covers an area of 5,105 sq km in water depths ranging from 2,100 to 2,800 metres. The block was awarded during 2013 Egyptian General Petroleum Corp. (EGPC) and the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Co. (EGAS) international licensing bid rounds.
North Leil Offshore has 4,510 km of 2-D acquired and one well drilled.
