The Shaybah NGL Program will construct a grassroots NGL recovery plant at the Shaybah Field. This facility will extract the valuable NGL components supplied from various GOSPs and deliver lean gas to GOSP-2 and GOSP-4 for re-injection. The Shaybah NGL Program also includes gas handling facilities to debottleneck Shaybah GOSP-1, 2, 3 & 4. The new faciltiy is expected to secure feedstock supplies for the Kingdom's hydrocarbon business. The complex will produce 750,000 barrels of oil per day, process gas of 2,400 MMSCFD and recover 200,000 barrels of NGL per day.
