Petroleum Safety Authority Norway (PSA) has determined that the order which required a shutdown of Goliat has now been complied with. This means that operator Eni Norge (Eni) can bring the field back on stream. The order which required Eni to cease production from Goliat was issued on 6 October 2017. That followed an audit directed at electrical safety on the field, which took place from 19-28 September. The field will produce 100,000 barrels of oil per day (65,000 boed net to Eni). The field is estimated to contain about 180 million barrels of oil. Production will be facilitated using a subsea system consisting of 22 wells (17 of which are already completed). There are twelve production wells, seven water injectors and three gas injectors. Estimated recoverable oil reserves: 28,5 million Sm3 /179 million barrels Estimated recoverable gas reserves: 8 billion Sm3 Annual operating costs: approximately NOK 1.5 billion. The necessary detailed knowledge, decision-making authority and not least resources to ensure implementation of and compliance with the regulatory requirements rest with the individual player. Goliat油田再发力,经勘探发现含量约1.8亿桶的油藏且该油田约还余80亿天然气储量,埃尼石油和萨依博姆已经合作联手开采该区域。
