The development stages:Exploration drilling/2015-12.Block 14 is located in Pemex's South Region and is part of the Cinco Presidentes asset. The block covers 46 square kilometers and holds 222Mb of original oil in place and 122Bf3 of original gas in place. Accumulated production from the area amounts to 40Mb of oil and 22Bf3 of gas. The block's reservoirs are found in Miocene sands. The block is part of four Type 2 blocks, which are expected to contain 100Mb or more remaining in their reservoirs.
