The development stages:Licensing/2014-02.The SIN OFF 4 block covers an area of 41,480ha. The contract comprises a first stage which includes the acquisition of 1,000 square kilometers of 3D seismic, or its equivalent in 2D seismic, and to perform 80 piston core tests. The second and third stages require the drilling of one exploration well during each stage.
