The development stages:Tendering/2014-07,Under Construction/2014-12,In operation/2017-12.The investment is US$840mn.The project involves a 42-inch gas pipeline that will run from El Encino in Chihuahua to La Laguna in Durango. The pipeline will be able to transport 1.6Bf3/d and will be connected to the Ojinaga-El Encino gas pipeline, as well as with future pipelines to be built in central and western areas of the country. The project's objective is to supply natural gas to CFE's power plants in surrounding areas.
