The development stages:Early design & engineering/2015-10.The investment is US$700mn.The Golfo-Centro project is part of a program launched by Pemex Refinación to expand its national pipeline network and terminals for refined products. Some 700km of pipelines will be built in five central states (Veracruz, Hidalgo, Puebla, México and Michoacán, and Mexico's federal district). New infrastructure will also include four new onshore distribution terminals and the expansion of reception ports. New tankers and tanker trucks will also be purchased.
