The development stages:Licensing/2015-08,Under Construction/2016-11,In operation/2017-12.The investment is US$800mn.The project envisions a 200-mile, 30-in pipeline that will connect Howard Energy's Webb County hub in South Texas directly to Escobedo, in the Mexican state of Nuevo León, and to Mexico's national pipeline system in Monterrey. It replaces plans to develop the Colombia-Escobedo line, which had a similar path. The Nueva Era Pipeline will provide transportation service for up to 600Mf3/d of natural gas and will connect producers in South Texas directly with end-users in Mexico, creating access to multiple growing markets.
