The development stages:Discovery/2016-10.The Ayin shallow water field is set to be part of Pemex's farm-outs in 2017. It is located at 160m water depth within the state-oil company's Ayin-Alux prospect and sits roughly 50 kilometers west of Ichalkil and Pokoch fields awarded during Round 1. Combined with neighboring Batsil field farm-out, 3P reserves reach 281 million boe. According to national oil regulator, CNH, drilling of Ayin-2DL well proved commercial oil potential in the field by end-2015.
