The development stages:Exploration drilling/2017-07.Block 10 is located in Pemex's North Region and is part of the Poza Rica-Altamira asset. The block covers 10 square kilometers and holds 2Mb of original oil in place and 1Bf3 of original gas in place. Accumulated production from the area amounts to 200,000b of oil and 100Mf3 of gas. The block's reservoirs are found in Cretaceous limestones. The block is part of 21 Type 1 blocks, which are expected to contain less than 100Mb remaining in their reservoirs.
