The development stages:Licensing/2016-07,Under Construction/2016-10.The investment is US$100mn.The project involves the first phase of expanding storage operations at Panama's fuel free trade zone in Bahía Las Minas, Colón province. It is being developed by Mexican concessionaire Payardi Terminal Company S. de R.L. The company is expected to operate a complex of gas storage tanks, pumping stations and pipelines and docks for crude and semi-processed oil, oil byproducts, natural gas, biofuels, and petrochemicals. Works will include nine additional storage tanks and a pier with two berthing positions.
