The development stages:Under Construction/2016-03,In operation/2017-02.The investment is US$767mn.Proposed by state power company CFE, the project involves the design, engineering, supply, construction, operation, and maintenance of a 42-inch, 230km pipeline with a capacity of 1.35Bf3/d (38.2Mm3/d) from CFE Waha Header to the US-Mexico border, near Presidio, Texas. The Waha-Presidio pipeline will connect with the Ojinaga-El Encino gas pipeline in Mexico's Chihuahua state to supply gas to central, northern and western Mexico. The project was awarded to a consortium made up of Energy Transfer Partners, Mastec and Carso Energy in January 2015.
