The development stages:Exploration drilling/2006-05.Operated by Premier Oil, the Isobel prospect is located in the North Falkland basin, in the PL004 concession, around 40km to the south of Sea Lion and adjacent to the Zebedee Prospect. The Isobel/Elaine complex is estimated to contain mid-case unrisked gross prospective resources of 243Mb based on the operator's estimates. 3D seismic surveys were conducted in the area in 2012, identifying four drilling targets, including Isobel. A multi-phase drilling campaign has been initiated and the first well was spudded in April 2015, following the schedule proposed by the participating companies.
