The development stages:Exploration drilling/2007-04.The Rio Ariari Block comprises an area of 760,000 acre (3,076 square kilometers) and is operated by Pacific Rubiales. Is in the Llanos basin and contains heavy crude. Some 30 exploration and stratigraphic wells have been drilled on Rio Ariari, with four under extended flow testing. Two wells are planned for drilling in 2Q14.
