The development stages:Licensing/2011-10.Carrizo, covering an onshore area of 13.01 square kilometers, was offered as part of Pemex's first round of ISCs. In 2011, it was awarded to Dowell Schlumberger, the Mexican subsidiary of the oilfield services giant. Dowell Schlumberger offered to produce oil from Carrizo for US$9.40/b. However, because of community opposition, the field has not yet been developed and is currently closed.
