The development stages:Exploration drilling/2009-02.The LLA-26 block covers an area of 184,601 acres and in Colombia's Llanos Orientales basin. The block is operated and wholly owned by Parex Resources. The block is currently at exploratory phase 1, and Rumba-1 proved successful after an initial flow of 2,158b/d from two Mirador formation zones. Parex will drill a satellite well to Rumba-1 and Bazar-1, and will later drill another exploratory well, Rumba-2, to prove the potential of the area.
