The development stages:Licensing/2012-08.The block Z-46 offshore Peru, covering some 1.13Mha, is operated by SK Innovation. The company is presently carrying out a 7-year, 20-well drilling campaign in the acreage. In May 2013, Peru's government cleared the transfer of a stake in the block after approval from state hydrocarbons promotion agency Perupetro. Gulf United Energy will hold 40% and SK Innovation will retain 60%, according to a supreme decree.
