The development stages:Seismic/2012-10.Block 11, located on offshore basin Punta del Este, part of the blocks offered in Ronda Uruguay II by Uruguay's national oil company Ancap. The block was awarded to BP under a 30-year production sharing agreement. A 3D seismic survey is currently being carried out over the area. BP was also awarded blocks 6 and 12 in Pelotas basin, which together with block 6 cover an area of 26,000 square kilometers.
