The development stages:Seismic/2012-12.Basin Solimões, covering an area of 48,500 square kilometers, is estimated to contain 4B-6Bb of light oil and 10T-20Tf3 (283B-566Bm3) of gas. Brazilian oil startup HRT owns a 55% stake in the Solimões basin's exploratory blocks. The balance is held by Russian-British joint venture TNK-BP.
