The development stages:Exploration drilling/2016-02.REC-T-145 is an onshore area measuring 31.30 square kilometers in the SREC-T4 area of the Recôncavo basin. Alvopetro Brasil is the owner and operator of the block, holding 65% of the exploration rights, with Engie (GDF Suez Brasil) holding the remaining 35%. In this same round Alvopetro and GDF Suez were also granted exploration rights for blocks REC-T-57, REC-T-62 and REC-T-71 in the same basin. All of the blocks have an initial three-year exploratory phase. Brazil's 13th bidding round requires 70% local content for the exploration phase and 77% for the development phase.
