The development stages:Exploration drilling/2016-01.REC-T-57 is an onshore area of 31.38 square kilometers in the SREC-T1 area of the Recôncavo basin. Alvopetro Brasil is the owner and operator of the block, holding 65% of exploration rights, with Engie (GDF Suez Brasil) holding the remaining 35%. In Brazil's 13th bidding round, which requires 70% local content for the exploration phase and 77% for the development phase, Alvopetro and GDF Suez were also granted exploration rights for blocks REC-T-145, REC-T-62 and REC-T-71 in the same basin. All of the blocks have an initial three-year exploratory phase.
