The development stages:Exploration drilling/2009-01.The Tinigua block covers 42,682ha in Colombia's Caguán-Putumayo basin. Work in the block got underway in 2011 with the acquisition of 109 square kilometers of 3D seismic survey data. These studies were completed in 2013. In 2014, requisite environmental licenses to drill up to 20 exploratory wells using five platforms and install surface units for extended testing were obtained. The first exploratory well is due to be drilled in 2015.
