The development stages:Seismic/2013-09.CE-M-603 is an offshore block located in the Ceará basin, northeast Brazil. The block was originally acquired in Brazil's 11th bidding round in 2013 by OGX Petróleo e Gás S.A and ExxonMobil. It is currently owned by Seacrest Capital Group's AziLat (50%) and operator ExxonMobil (50%). The same companies also own block POT-M-475 in the adjacent basin of Potiguar. Local content defined by ANP at the round was 37% for the exploration phase and 55% for development. Petroleum Geo Services was hired to carry out a 1,100 square kilometers 3D seismic survey.
