The development stages:Exploration drilling/2013-06.The Campanario block, covering an area of 778 square kilometers in southern Chile's region XII, is a 50-50 venture and part of a special operating agreement (CEOP) signed between Chile's state oil company Enap and GeoPark. The agreement seeks to explore for and produce hydrocarbons in the country's extreme south, improve knowledge of the area's oil potential, transfer technology, create new jobs, and boost the region's oil services businesses.
