The development stages:Tendering/2010-10.AC-T-8 is an onshore concession area of 1,630.01 square kilometers acquired by Petrobras (100%) in the 12th Bidding Round. The company also operates the block and it states that it is exclusively focused on exploring the possibilities of conventional gas- and/or oil-bearing reservoirs. The AC-T-8 block provides for an exploratory phase of eight years, divided into two exploration periods (the first, lasting five years and the second lasting three years). The first exploration period has started and planning is underway for the acquisition of geological and geophysical data in the block area, as part of the Minimum Exploration Program provided for the concession agreement. Local content has been defined as 70% during the exploration phase and 85% during development.
