The development stages:Licensing/2015-08.The Nataly I LNG plant project is being developed by Altenesol Colombial, the natural gas subsidiary of IAHL Corporation. Nataly I has received commercial and financial support from BTG Pactual and Mountain View Capital and is backed by an alliance which includes Geoproduction Oil and Gas, a subsidiary of Canacol Energy and Shona Energy, through a 10-year contract for the sale of 17Mf3/d per day (418,386m3/d) of natural gas priced between US$4.50/m3 and US$5.25/m3, annually adjusted. The initial engineering and design study has been completed, as well as the purchase of land. AMCS Corporation will be responsible for the engineering, supply and building of the plant as a turnkey project.
