The investment is US$600mn.Energía Costa Azul (ECA), located in Ensenada, in Baja California state, is Mexico's first LNG reception, storage, and regasification terminal. To date, it receives LNG from its clients and delivers it to Rosarito pipeline in order to be transported within Baja California state as well as to the US. The terminal has a processing capacity of 1.3Bf3/d. Similarly, the ECA has two storage tanks with a combined capacity of 320,000f3.
