The development stages:Under Construction/2010-01,In operation/2021-01.The investment is US$5.4bn.The project involves updating and expanding infrastructure of the Talara refinery in order to produce diesel 2 and gas with a maximum sulfur content of 50ppm, process heavy crude oil and reduce waste production. Other aims are to reduce processing costs and produce other value-added products.
