The LLA-19 block is perfectly situated in regards to the current Llanos Basin blocks, bordering the Los Ocarros Block which contains the Las Maracas Field, the El Eden Block containing the La Casona and Rumi oil discoveries, and the El Porton Block. The LLA19 Block is located in the Llanos basin of Colombia in South America. The project contains the Langur-1X exploration well which reached a total depth of approx. 13,700 feet (measured depth) and based on encouraging oil shows and electrical logs obtained while drilling, the decision was made to case the well for testing. The electrical logs indicate approximately 15 feet of net oil pay (true vertical depth) over a gross interval of approx. 38 feet in the Gacheta C sands, with no oil-water contact. Petroamerica Oil Corp holds a 50% working interest in the LLA19 Block subject to earning and National Hydrocarbon Agency approval. To earn this working interest, the Company will pay 100% of the cost to drill, test and complete or abandon the Langur-1X well. Pacific Stratus Energy Colombia, a 100%-owned subsidiary of Pacific Rubiales Energy is the operator of the project with 50% interest.
