The Maari development, operated by OMV (New Zealand) Ltd, is located in PMP 38160 some 80 km offshore Taranaki, New Zealand in 102 m of water. The field holds proven and probable reserves in excess of 50 million barrels of oil. The development will involve an unmanned wellhead platform housing the wellheads of 5 production wells.

DOF Subsea Asia Pacific: Upgrade the mooring system on the Raroa FPSO. The upgrade will involve inspection and work on all eight mooring lines, which are permanently anchored to the sea floor, 100m below the surface. They are attached to the vessel via an internal swivel, allowing the ship to rotate freely with the prevailing winds and currents.
