The PEP 38748 encompasses 7,910 exploration acres and is a high-graded, highly prospective exploration asset, located in the heart of the Taranaki discovery fairway. The construction of the first exploration well site and access road was initiated in November 2009. The production from the Sidewinder-1 well, forecast to produce at rates of 8 to 10 million cubic feet of gas (1300 to 1600 barrels of oil equivalent) per day, will be brought on stream upon completion of the Sidewinder Production Station in mid 2011.
