WA-351-P is a permit found in the Carnarvon basin, offshore Western Australia.
ROC explored WA-351-P, participating in the drilling of one exploration well and the acquisition of 3,493km2 3D seismic. Roc sold its 20% stake to Tap Oil. Tap Oil has agreed to sell to Japan Australia LNG (MMI) a 25% interest in the WA-351-P exploration permit in Western Australia\'s Carnarvon Basin.

In June 2011, BHP Billiton Petroleum acquired an extra 25% stake in Block WA-351-P in the Carnarvon Basin from Tap Oil. The sale will allow BHP to increase its interest to 80% while Tap Oil\'s will reduce from 45% to 20%.

From April 2012, the operator context is: BHP Billiton (Operator) 55%, Apache Northwest 25%, Tap (Shelfal) 20%.
