Enterprise Products Partners LP (EPP) will expand its Panola Pipeline Co. LLC NGL pipeline system, having received sufficient shipper interest to do so. The 181-mile system extends from Carthage, Tex., to Mont Belvieu, Tex., where it delivers to multiple destinations, including EPP’s Mt. Belvieu fractionation complex. EPP plans to install 60 miles of pipeline as part of the expansion, as well as pumps and other related equipment designed to increase capacity by 50,000 b/d. The company expects the incremental capacity, serving Haynesville and Cotton Valley producers, to be available first-quarter 2016.
In December 2015 the Panola Pipeline was making its way through much of eastern Nacogdoches County. The 10-inch pipe will carry propane, butane, and natural gasoline doubling production to 100,000 barrels a day for Houston based owner operator Enterprise Products Partners.
