The Kilo/Oscar/Quebec/Victory (KOQV) Development project is located within Mississippi Canyon 127 in the Gulf of Mexico with predicted reserves of 22 MMboe. The project consists of the tie-back of two subsea wells approximately 5,000 ft southeast of the Horn Mountain Spar in a water depth of approximately 5,450 ft.
The work scope includes the project management, project controls, interface management, FEED, drafting services, materials management, and construction management. Freeport-McMoRan is the operator of the deepwater project with 100% interest.
The infill program will target un-drained compartments and Attic Potential Miocene J and M Sand reservoirs are part of a regionally extensive turbidite sand depositional system with combination structural/stratigraphic trap.

Subsea 7: Installation of flexible pipelines and umbilicals, while the offshore installation phase is scheduled to be executed by the Subsea 7 vessel, the Seven Seas in the fourth quarter of 2015.
