Williams is proposing to develop a 30 mile pipeline that will connect natural gas liquids (NGL) supply from Mont Belvieu to customers in the upper Houston Ship Channel, traversing parts of Harris and Chambers counties. Most of these NGLs make their way to the U.S. Gulf Coast region to be used in the petrochemical industry. Mont Belvieu is a major hub for NGL storage in the U.S. The product transported is Natural gas liquids and the pipeline size varies from 8 inches to 10 inches. Standard easement width is 50 feet with additional 50 feet of temporary workspace. The estimated project completion is 2014.
